Material Explorations

I am hopelessly curious about materials and how they behave, on their own and in combinations. The resulting interactions can reflect our own experiences with internal struggles, relationships with others and society, and the phenomenology of our environment.

In an effort to keep my practice from being too wasteful and impactful on the environment, using found materials is a parameter I try to follow as much as possible, which often introduces a random element into the resulting bodies of work.
